Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме воспроизводства трудовых ресурсов в условиях современной российской экономики. Автор высказывает точку зрения на использование корпоративных университетов для подготовки персонала рабочих специальностей. Изучая зарубежные источники, автор делает вывод, что подготовка специалистов различной квалификации внутри организации в собственном учебном подразделении не противоречит ни современным реалиям, ни историческому опыту. Анализируется ситуация в сфере воспроизводства трудовых ресурсов и выделяются ее ключевые характеристики

The article deals with the problem of manpower reproduction in the circumstances of the modern Russian economy The author gives his own point of view on using the structure of corporative universities for workers training. The author makes a conclusion that various training programs within organization's educational division do not contradict modern conditions or historical experience. He also analyzes the situation in the sector of manpower reproduction and its key characteristics
