Перспективные направления развития медико-социальной помощи при травматических повреждениях позвоночника

Abstract

В статье представлен анализ мнения профильных экспертов по актуальным вопросам состояния и перспектив развития специализированной медицинской помощи пациентам с травматическими повреждениями позвоночника. Исследование включало фокус-групповые интервью с высококвалифицированными нейрохирургами и травматологами-ортопедами и проводилось на базе научно-медицинского учреждения федерального уровня. По его результатам были выделены и ранжированы проблемы организации СМП, мероприятия, позволяющие повысить ее качество и доступность, а также факторы, влияющие на исход лечения пациентов. В настоящее время необходимо повышать качество существующей практики менеджмента травматических повреждений позвоночника, что актуализирует необходимость реализации не только медицинских, но и социально-административных механизмов.

Article deals with the analysis of expert’s opinion relating topical questions of state-of-the-art and perspective of medical care for the patients with traumatic spine injuries. Study includes focus group interviews with highly qualified neurosurgeons, traumatologists and orthopedic surgeons conducted at the base of federal scientific and research medical institution. According to the results it is determined and ranged medical care administration problems, measures let to improve its quality and accessibility as well as 4 groups of factors affecting treatment outcomes. Currently it’s necessary to improve quality of existing practice of traumatic spine injuries management that makes actual applying not only medical but social and administrative mechanisms.
