Влияние предпротезной подготовки полости рта при заболеваниях пародонта на стоматологический статус и качество жизни пациентов с частичным отсутствием зубов

Abstract

Изучено влияние общесанационных и специализированных мероприятий по подготовке полости рта к протезированию при заболеваниях пародонта на стоматологический статус и качество жизни пациентов с частичным отсутствием зубов. Было проведено детальное стоматологическое обследование 105 человек, разделенных на 2 группы, с хроническими заболеваниями пародонта и без клинически выраженных признаков. На основании ортопантомографии, показателей индексов КПУ, CPI, ИГР-У, данных подвижности зубов по Евдокимову и функционального исследования состояния зубочелюстной системы по программе «Гамбургского теста», результатов жевательной эффективности и анализа показателей оценки качества жизни по опроснику OHIP-14 установлено, что предпротезная подготовка полости рта при заболеваниях пародонта повышает психологический комфорт и вносит существенный вклад в оздоровление пациентов.

We studied the effect of remedial and specialized training activities in oral prosthetics in periodontal diseases on dental status and quality of life of patients with partial anodontia. It was carried out a detailed dental examination 105 people, divided into 2 groups with chronic periodontal disease and without clinically significant symptoms. Based orthopantomography, CPU performance index, CPI, IGR-U data on Evdokimov tooth mobility and functional studies of dental system state program «Hamburg test» results chewing efficiency and analysis of indicators to measure the quality of life for OHIP-14 questionnaire revealed that preprosthetic preparation oral cavity with periodontal disease increases the psychological comfort and makes a significant contribution to improving the patients.
