The author of the article analyzes the essence of the category of the procedural functions and its correlation with the procedural status of the participant of the criminal legal procedure and studies the classification of the procedural functions (general, specific) depending on the degree of concretization of the criminal proceeding activities of the participants of the criminal legal procedure.

В статье анализируется сущность категории процессуальной функции и ее соотношение с процессуальным статусом участника уголовного судопроизводства. Исследуется классификация процессуальных функций (общие, частные) в зависимости от степени конкретизации уголовно-процессуальной деятельности участников уголовного судопроизводства.
