Современный механизм государственного воздействия на самонастройки рыночной экономики через циклические кризисы

Abstract

The need of the government regulation transforming regional economic complex, connected with round-robin nature of its development is motivated. Variants of the operation structured-dynamic processes, forming the system transformation facilities, including innovation economic growing of the regional economy are considered. The Organized joint analysis of structured and dynamic features of the gross issue on branch of the economy of Kursk area which allowed revealing of structured dynamic instability of the regional development is performed. The algorithm of the regulation of the development of the regional economic complex with a provision of modern mechanism of the self-tuning of market economies through round-robin crisises is offered.

Обоснована необходимость государственного регулирования трансформирования регионального хозяйственного комплекса, связанная с циклическим характером его развития. Рассмотрены варианты протекания структурно-динамических процессов, образующих системную трансформацию хозяйства, в том числе инновационный экономический рост региональной экономики. Проведен совместный анализ структурных и динамических характеристик валового выпуска по отраслям экономики Курской области, позволивший выявить структурно-динамическую нестабильность регионального развития. Предложен алгоритм регулирования развития регионального хозяйственного комплекса с учетом современного механизма самонастройки рыночной экономики через циклические кризисы
