Особенности интеллектуальных процессов, обеспечивающих операторскую деятельность

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена изучению роли интеллекта в эффективной работе операторов сенсомоторного профиля в системе человек-машина. В статье дана краткая характеристика интеллектуальным процессам, обеспечивающим операторскую деятельность. В частности, сделан анализ взаимного влияния показателей эмоционального и психометрического интеллекта у операторов. Проведено сопоставление между собой выделенных типов эмоционального и психометрического интеллекта. В результате работы выявлены особенности интеллектуальной сферы операторов, а также показано, что высокий уровень эмоционального и психометрического интеллекта является неотъемлемой составляющей эффективной операторской деятельности.

The present work is devoted to investigation of the role of intelligence in effective work of operators of sensomotor profile in a man-machine system. A short characteristic of the intellectual processes providing for operators activity is proposed. An analysis of mutual influences of indicators of emotional and psychometric intelligence is done. A comparison of isolated types of emotional and psychometric intelligence is made. Specifics of operators intellectual sphere are shown. It is demonstrated that a high level of emotional and psychometric intelligence is the integral component of an effective operators activity.
