Abstract

The electromagnetic nature of the welding process at fretting corrosion of the back-up roll .and pin bushing was found out. The method for prevention of fretting-corrosion of the back-up roll was developed, on the basis of application of quantum processes of atomic electro-magnetic interaction.

Установлена электромагнитная природа процесса сваривания контактирующих поверхностей опорного валка и втулки-цапфы. Разработан основанный на использовании квантовых процессов электромагнитного взаимодействия атомов способ предотвращения фреттинг-коррозии опорного валка.
