Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные принципы экологической политики Европейского союза. Приводится подробная характеристика содержания таких принципов, как принцип предосторожности, принцип источника, загрязнитель платит, и др. Раскрывается понятие наилучших существующих технологий. Анализируются принципы экологической политики отдельных государств членов ЕС.
