Прогноз потребности в профессиональных кадрах для реализации мегапроектов комплексного развития Южной Якутии и выявление приоритетных направлений подготовки кадров

Abstract

The Southern Yakutia is one of the investment attractive Russian regions. The creating of diversified industrial region is planned according to the scheme of Yakutia productive forces placing till 2020. This territory will play the key role in maintenance of economic safety of the Far East region. The given article describes the problem of professional personnel for megaproject realization. There were revealed the forecast of necessary professional personnel by educational levels and basic directions of economics, priority directions of specialists education.

Раскрыта проблема наличия трудовых ресурсов для реализации мегапроекта «Комплексное развитие Южной Якутии», где запланировано создание многоотраслевого промышленного района, играющего ключевую роль в обеспечении экономической безопасности Дальневосточного региона. Сделан прогноз необходимой численности трудоресурсов по уровням образования и основным направлениям экономической деятельности, выявлены приоритетные направления подготовки специалистов.
