Abstract

In the article the basic directions of local authorities activity of the Lower Volga region in the field of the solution of problems of children’s homelessness and neglect are considered, forms and methods of the Soviet management on overcoming children’s criminality are revealed, problems with which the Soviet offi cial organizations were in struggle against children’s homelessness during the military period are analyzed.

В статье рассмотрены основные направления деятельности местных органов власти Нижнего Поволжья в области решения проблем детской беспризорности и безнадзорности, выявлены формы и методы советского руководства по преодолению детской преступности, проанализированы проблемы, с которыми столкнулись советские государственные учреждения в борьбе с детской беспризорностью в военный период.
