The process of the formation of the mechanism of government in the struggle with the opposition and with the human rights movement is considered in the article. There is analysis of state measures package, that had been made by government to neutralize and after that to rout the opposition movement.
В статье раскрывается процесс становления государственной системы в борьбе с оппозицией, институализированной в диссидентском движении. Показана реализация комплекса мер, предпринятых государственными структурами для дискредитации, нейтрализации, а затем и разгрома оппозиции.
