Особенности оказания медико-психологической помощи несовершеннолетним, пережившим травматическое событие

Abstract

В статье отражены вопросы становления и развития кризисных состояний в зависимости от выделенных механизмов развития травмы: диссоциативного, регрессивного и интроективного. Показаны особенности их клинической картины, а также стратегии оказания кризисной психологической помощи. Описаны основные задачи, которые решаются при оказании психологической помощи детям и подросткам с учетом стадий проживания ими травматического опыта и механизма формирования травмы.

The issues of the formation and development of crisis conditions depending on trauma development mechanisms (dissotiative, regressive and introective) are discussed in this article. The peculiarities of their clinical presentation as well as the strategies of crisis psychological intervention are shown. The main goals of crisis psychological help taking into account the stages of traumatic experience and trauma formation mechanisms are described.
