Abstract

Сформулированы и уточнены понятия технологий двойного применения, конверсии, индустриализации, проанализированы исторические аналоги и возможные механизмы неоиндустриализации с учетом задействования военно-промышленного комплекса и технологий двойного применения.

Concepts of double-used technology, conversion, industrialization have been formulated, historical analogs and possible mechanisms of neoindustrialization have been analyzed, given the involvement of military-industrial complex and dual-use technology.
