Особенности технологических решений в организации производства элементов деревянного домостроения из низкосортной древесины

Abstract

Кравцов Е.В., Крапухин Г.А. ОСОБЕННОСТИ ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ РЕШЕНИЙ В ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ПРОИЗВОДСТВА ЭЛЕМЕНТОВ ДЕРЕВЯННОГО ДОМОСТРОЕНИЯ ИЗ НИЗКОСОРТНОЙ ДРЕВЕСИНЫ. В статье определены основные проблемы рационального использования низкосортной древесины в России. Определены задачи, решение которых позволит на промышленном уровне разработать и организовать технологии, обеспечивающие глубокую переработку низкосортной древесины. Приведен практический пример технологического решения в организации производства элементов деревянного домостроения из низкосортной древесины на разработанном и изготовленном комплектном специализированном технологическом оборудовании.

The article identifies the key problem of rational use low-grade timber in Russia. Defined tasks that allow for the industrial level to develop and organize the technologies that provide deep processing of low-grade wood. The practical examples of technological solutions in the organization of the production elements of the wooden construction of low-grade timber designed and manufactured complete set specialized technological equipment.
