О выборах во Всероссийское Учредительное собрание на территории Пинского уезда Минской губернии

Abstract

Выборы во Всероссийское Учредительное собрание до настоящего времени являются одним из наиболее запутанных событий в истории как России, так и входившей в ее состав в начале ХХ столетия Беларуси. Из всех гражданских избирательных округов Беларуси наиболее малоизученной является картина выборов в Учредительное собрание на территории Минской губернии. Данная статья посвящена выборам во Всероссийское Учредительное собрание на территории Пинского уезда Минской губернии. В ней на основе ранее неизвестных архивных и иных источников рассматривается проведение выборов в указанном уезде Минской губернии, приводится анализ причин победы на этих выборах большевистской партии.

All-Russian Constituent Assembly has been so far one of the most complicated events in the history of Russia as well as Belarus which was a part of it in the early XX century. Among all Belarusian civil constituencies the least explored is the picture of Constituent Assembly election on the territory of Minsk province. This article deals with All-Russian Constituent Assembly election on the territory of Pinsk Uezd Minsk province. On the basis of unknown archival and other sources the author studies holding of election in the mentioned Uezd, analyzes the reasons of the Bolshevik party’s victory at the election.
