Abstract

В статье авторы раскрывают сущность социально-правового регулирования инновационных процессов развития агропромышленного комплекса Арктического региона Ямало-Ненецкого АО. В работе рассматриваются основные факторы, влияющие на результаты функционирования предприятий агропромышленного комплекса округа; представлена динамика основных показателей отрасли в 2010-2015 гг. Авторы анализируют основные законы правительства округа, направленные на повышение эффективности инновационных процессов в агропромышленном комплексе, выявляют проблемы и перспективы реализации инновационных программ в агропромышленном комплексе Ямало-Ненецкого АО.The aim of this article is revealing the essence of the social and legal regulation of innovative processes in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. The paper discusses the main factors affecting the results of functioning of the enterprises of agro-industrial complex of the district. It shows the dynamics of the main indicators of the industry in 2010-2015. The article analyzes the basic laws of the county government, aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of innovation processes in the agricultural sector, and identifies problems and prospects for the implementation of innovative programs in the agricultural sector of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.
