Abstract

В статье рассматривается современное состояние предприятий сахарной отрасли Украины. Анализируется структура сахарных заводов по производственной мощности и предлагается модель реструктуризации и оптимизации производственных мощностей предприятий отрасли с учетом состояния внутреннего и внешнего спроса и уровня развития сырьевой базы предприятий.
