Интегральные индикаторы как средство оценивания региональных социально-экономических систем

Abstract

Application of modern decision-making theory methods for the valuation of socio-economic systems of a region is described in the article. Overview of using methods is given. Negative aspects and alternatives are offered. Integral indicators for Russian South regions' development level are constructed as an example of suggested methodology.

В статье описывается применение современных методов теории принятия решений для оценки региональных систем. Дается обзор используемых подходов, приводится критика и предлагаются альтернативы. В качестве примера применения предложенной методологии для регионов Юга России строятся интегральные индикаторы уровня развития экономики.
