Совершенствование диагностирования электромагнитных форсунок бензиновых двигателей на основе оценки их динамической производительности

Abstract

Обосновывается актуальность исследований, направленных на создание эффективных методов диагностирования электромагнитных форсунок, показана важность динамической производительности форсунок как диагностического параметра. Рассмотрены причины и следствия эксплуатационного изменения инерционности форсунок. Предложена методика диагностирования форсунок по осциллограммам падения напряжения на обмотках электромагнита и приведены результаты ее проведения.

In this paper the urgency of research to improve petrol engine injectors diagnostics, the importance of the injectors dynamic productivity as the diagnostic parameter is shown The method for injector diagnosing from the oscillograms of the voltage drop is proposed.
