Abstract

Рассматриваются основные подходы к оптимальному проектированию СВЧ-устройств. Приводится схема итерационного процесса синтеза интегральных СВЧ-устройств с разбивкой на схемный и топологический шаги. Подробно рассмотрен экспериментально-расчётный метод проектирования.
