Abstract

Owing to extreme importance for normal vital functions of calcium, studying of various violations of its homeo-stasis remains urgent therefore the purpose of influence of hypercalcemia created by daily peroral introduction to Vistar rats of vitamin D (Akvadetrim) in a dose of 10 000 IU/100g within two weeks, on indicators of blood, func-tion of kidneys, condition of peroxidation of lipids and antioxidant system. The conducted researches revealed increase in blood of the content of calcium and inorganic phosphorus, creatinine and urea, quantity of erythro-cytes and hemoglobin, the peroxidation of lipids with increase of contents of hydroperoxides and malondialdehyde amplified and antioxidant protection has weakened with decrease in activity of superoxide dismutase and cat-alases. Level of the general protein in plasma of blood didn´t change. Week introduction of akvadetrim lowered spontaneous diuresis due to strengthening of a tubular reabsorption of water, and two-week hypervitaminosis D – also due to decrease in speed of a glomerular filtration.

В силу чрезвычайной важности для нормальной жизнедеятельности кальция изучение различных нару-шений его гомеостаза остается актуальным, поэтому целью работы было экспериментальное исследова-ние влияния гиперкальциемии, созданной пероральным ежедневным введением крысам линии Вистар витамина D (Аквадетрим) в дозе 10 000 МЕ/100 г в течение двух недель, на показатели крови, функции почек, состояние перекисного окисления липидов и антиоксидантной системы. Проведенные исследова-ния выявили повышение в крови содержания кальция и неорганического фосфора, креатинина и моче-вины, количества эритроцитов и гемоглобина; усилилась пероксидация липидов с повышением содер-жания гидроперекисей и малонового диальдегида и ослабла антиоксидантная защита со снижением ак-тивности супероксиддисмутазы и каталазы. Уровень общего белка в плазме крови не менялся. Недельное введение аквадетрима снизило спонтанный диурез за счет усиления канальцевой реабсорбции воды, а двухнедельный гипервитаминоз D – еще и за счет снижения скорости клубочковой фильтрации.
