Abstract

In order to reduce the water-solid ratio penokeramobetonnoy mixture and increase the strength of the material ma-interporous partitions penokeramobetona were tested plasticizers: C-3, SCHSPK and LST. The influence of plasticizers on the properties of the foam. Found that all the UCA-associated multiplicity and additives increase foam stability. The greatest effect was observed with the use of IP-superplasticizer C-3. Analysis of experimental data has shown that the introduction of the C-3 of the pore-forming additives significantly increases the rate of release and stability penokera-mobetonnoy mixture, as well as contributes to the formation of a cellular structure better raw. Studies have shown that improved properties of the foam when administered plasticizer additives due mainly to an increase in its viscosity at 45... 55%, which reduces the rate of the process fluid leakage interporous septa, surfacing and coalescence of gaseous inclusions.
