Abstract

In article questions of high-strength ceramics reception on a nanopowder basis of oxide aluminum and a zirconium dioxide are considered. As increase questions strength properties of a ceramic samples surface are studied by methods of ionic implantation.

В статье рассмотрены вопросы получения высокопрочной керамики на основе нанопорошков оксида алюминия и диоксида циркония. Так же изучены вопросы повышения прочностных свойств поверхности керамических образцов методами ионной имплантации.
