Некоторые результаты социологического исследования организации травматолого-ортопедической помощи детскому населению Сибирского федерального округа

Abstract

Results upon sociological research concerning opinion of the population among children in article about availability and quality of traumatologal orthopedic care in the place of residence in the Siberian federal district are presented in the aricle. Several problems in the organization of traumatological and orthopedic care, first of all, connected with lack of children traumatologists-orthopedists, insufficiently developed maintenance of children’s traumatological and orthopedic beds, weak material base of the medical organizations rendering both primary, and specialized traumatological and orthopedic help to children are revealed as a result of research in a number of regions of Siberian federal district.

В статье представлены результаты социологического исследования мнения населения Сибирского федерального округа о доступности и качестве травматолого-ортопедической помощи детскому населению по месту проживания. В результате исследования в ряде регионов Сибирского федерального округа выявлены существующие проблемы в организации травматолого-ортопедической помощи, прежде всего, связанные с недостатком кадров детских травматологов-ортопедов, недостаточно развитой сетью детских травматолого-ортопедических коек, слабой материально-технической базой медицинских организаций, оказывающих как первичную, так и специализированную травматолого-ортопедическую помощь детскому населению.
