The article is devoted to the current situation and future development of the cooperation between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Volgograd Region of the Russian Federation. The problems of the interaction between governments and businesses, cultural exchanges are the main subjects of the research work. The author focuses on the weaknesses of bilateral cooperation and proposes solutions.
