Социолингвистические рамки корпусного исследования англо-русских языковых контактов

Abstract

The article examines the most important social causes that influenced the process of borrowing foreign words and the process of activating the use of foreign words in the late XX – early XXI centuries. The author outlined the intercultural communication as a common form of communication in the context of a globalizing world. In reviewing the work of domestic and foreign linguists on the Anglo-Russian language contacts, the author notes the most productive models – projections functioning, historical and geographical spread of the English language in the world. Particularly stressed by the author the problem of bilingualism in geospace, the problem of the future of regional varieties of English in the world. The author comes to the conclusion that the growing trend of orienting the importance of English as the world’s dominant language-donor. Uzdeeva Z.I. operates with the latest digital data in different areas of use of the English language, comparing them with previous scientific data. According to the results of observations of the author, the Anglo-Russian language contacts take the form of «lingua franca – the Russian language». Denotes the model of relations in the context of bilingualism.

В статье исследуются наиболее существенные общественные причины, повлиявшие на процесс заимствования иностранных слов и процесс активизации употребления иноязычных слов в конце XX – начале XXI века. Автор обозначил межкультурную коммуникацию как общепринятую форму общения в контексте глобализирующегося мира. В ходе обзора работ отечественных и зарубежных лингвистов по проблемам англо-русских языковых контактов автор отмечает наиболее продуктивные модели-прогнозы функционирования, историко-географического распространения английского языка в мире. Особо подчеркнута автором статьи проблема двуязычия в геопространстве, проблема будущего региональных вариантов английского языка в мировом масштабе. Автор приходит к выводу о нарастающей тенденции ориентирующей значимости английского языка в мире как доминирующего языка-донора. Уздеева З.И. оперирует последними цифровыми данными в разных сферах пользования английского языка, соотнося их с предшествующими научными данными. По результатам наблюдений автора, англо-русские языковые контакты принимают вид «лингва франка – русский язык». Обозначена модель отношений в контексте двуязычия.
