Аттестация персонала предприятий малого бизнеса как способ совершенствования кадрового потенциала

Abstract

The analysis of the problems connected with shortage of the personnel at the enterprises of Russia and Perm Krai is presented in this article. The special attention is paid to realization opportunities of the personnel technologies in developing the quality of the personnel potential. We consider opportunities and the efficiency of the application of the personnel certification in small business enterprises (shown by example of trade and construction enterprises) which allow not only to estimate the personnel but also to carry out developing effect for the increase of efficiency of the enterprise activities.

Представлен анализ проблем, связанных с нехваткой персонала на предприятиях России и Пермского края. Особое внимание уделено возможностям реализации персонал-технологий в вопросе улучшения качества кадрового потенциала. Рассматриваются возможности и эффективность применения аттестации персонала на предприятиях малого бизнеса (на примере предприятий торговли и строительства), которые позволяют не только оценивать персонал, но и осуществлять развивающий эффект для повышения эффективности деятельности предприятия.
