ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ГЕНЕРАТОРОВ СВЧ С РЕЗОНАТОРАМИ СТОЯЧЕЙ И БЕГУЩЕЙ ВОЛНЫ

Abstract

Рассматриваются энергетические соотношения и устойчивость в генераторах СВЧ в виде усилителя с положительной обратной связью через высокодобротный резонатор стоячей или бегущей волны при различной величине входного и выходного коэффициентов связи резонатора. Показано, что наибольшим коэффициентом использования СВЧ мощности (КПД по СВЧ) обладает генератор с резонатором бегущей волны, имеющим слабую входную и сильную выходную связи.

The article discusses power ratios and state stability in microwave oscillators in the form of an amplifier with a positive back loop through a high-q standing or traveling wave resonator under different values of input and output coupling coefficients of the resonator. The oscillator with a traveling wave resonator of weak input and strong output couplings is shown to have the highest coefficient of microwave power.
