Abstract

This article presents the results of domain analysis, a description of the implementation of the basic functions of computer-aided design (CAD) оf automated information-measuring systems for commercial metering (ASCAPC, AMR). According to the domain analysis we find basic criteria for the activity-based costing elements AMR. The procedure for the AMR morphological analysis and the methods of AMR morphological synthesis and the task of decision-making supporting to select its equipment are described.
