Исследование возможности повышения водостойкости и огнестойкости древесностружечных плит в процессе их производства

Abstract

Изложены результаты исследований влияния составов эмульсий на свойства карбамидоформальдегидной смолы КФ-МТ. Показана зависимость степени отверждения связующего от вида и количества применяемых эмульгаторов и гидрофобизаторов. Приведены конкретные рекомендации по содержанию парафина и вида эмульгатора в плитах. Показаны результаты исследований по введению различных антипиренов в древесностружечные плиты в процессе производства и влияние на их огнестойкость.
