Обоснование конструктивных параметров станочного приспособления для торцового прессования древесины

Abstract

Торцовое прессование древесины является перспективным способом обработки шиповых заготовок. Реализация серийной обработки требует применения специальных приспособлений – штампов. Цель исследования – подобрать оптимальные конструктивные параметры такого штампа. В работе проанализированы критерии выбора штамповой оснастки, проведен сравнительный анализ существующих конструкций. Предложена конструктивная схема приспособления, максимально удовлетворяющая всем критериям. Pressing of wood in longitudinal direction is a promising way of joint processing. The implementation of serial processing requires the use of special devices - stamps. The purpose of the study is to select the optimal design parameters of such a stamp. The paper analyzes the criteria for choosing stamp equipment, a comparative analysis of existing designs. A constructive scheme of the device is proposed that satisfies all criteria as much as possible.
