Abstract

One of the important tasks of a modern state is to focus on the interests and needs of its citizens. The creation of digital services and information platforms aimed at fast and high-quality service in the process of providing public services helps to carry out public administration more effectively. Within this article, the prerequisites for the digitalization of the public administration system will be considered and the types of electronic public services in demand within the framework of a single government Internet portal will be analyzed.
