Село Лысково с давних пор относилось к крупным ремесленным центрам Нижегородской губернии. Среди многочисленных промыслов известность получило производство металлических шкатулок и сундуков, декорированных росписью по трафарету. Однако их производство было распространено не только в частных заведениях, но и в организациях, имевших тесные связи с Нижегородским губернским земством. В статье рассматривается история земской кузнечно-слесарной мастерской: анализируются организационные и технологические особенности ее деятельности, определяется роль конкретных людей в ее работе, выявляется значение мастерской для общей истории ремесла села Лысково. The village of Lyskovo has long belonged to the major craft center of the Nizhny Novgorod province. Among the numerous crafts, the production of metal caskets and chests decorated with stencil painting became famous. However, their production was widespread not only in private institutions, but also in organizations that had close ties with the Nizhny Novgorod provincial Zemstvo. The article examines the history of the Zemstvo blacksmithing and locksmith workshop: the organizational and technological features of its activities are analyzed, the role of specifi c people is determined in her work, the significance of the workshop for the general history of the craft of the village of Lyskovo is revealed.
