Антифрикционная пресскомпозиция на основе древесных частиц и совмещенного фенолоформальдегидного связующего

Abstract

Исследована возможность получения антифрикционных прессматериалов из древесных частиц на основе совмещенного фенолоформальдегидного связующего. С использованием математического планирования эксперимента проведена оптимизация некоторых технологических параметров и рецептуры массы древесной прессовочной (МДП). Установлено, что по своим физико-механическим свойствам новый материал удовлетворяет требованиям ГОСТ 11368—79 на прессматериал МДПО-В. Показана возможность изготовления антифрикционных деталей машиностроения методом горячего прямого прессования.
