Влияние растворимых веществ древесины на качество древесноволокнистых плит полусухого формования

Abstract

Исследовано влияние удаления веществ, растворимых в серном эфире, спирто-бензольной смеси, диоксане, горячей воде и 5 - процентном растворе едкого натра на физико-механические показатели и внешний вид плит полусухого формования. Показано, что экстрактивные вещества, низкомолекулярный лигнин и легкогидролизуемые гемицеллюлозы играют существенную роль в образовании внешних дефектов плит, изготовленных из ковра влажностью 25...30%.
