Теоретические аспекты исследования импортозамещения

Abstract

Актуальность темы обусловлена проблемами теоретического характера, стоящими перед современной аграрной наукой, мерами по развитию сельскохозяйственного производства, определенными Президентом РФ и Правительством РФ. Автор рассматривает теории и концепции необходимости развития импортозамещения как важное условие обеспечения продовольственной безопасности Свердловской области. В статье обосновывается проблема импортозамещения, анализируются различные научные подходы в раскрытии содержания импортозамещения. Предложена авторская трактовка понятия «импортозамещение». Раскрываются аргументы за и против политики импортозамещения. Апробируются примеры импортозамещения в Свердловской области и республике Беларусь.
