Abstract

Вопросы создания и функционирования национально-культурных автономий (НКА) в России представляют одну из актуальных проблем национальной политики. Проведен анализ работы белорусов Урала, которые вносят весомый вклад в укрепление дружбы народов России и Беларуси в рамках Союзного государства Россия–Беларусь. Creation and functioning of national-cultural autonomies (NCA) in Russia is one of the urgent problems of national policy. The analysis of the work of Belarusians of the Urals, who make a significant contribution to the strengthening of friendship between the peoples of Russia and Belarus within the Union state Russia–Belarus is fulfilled.
