Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу состояния Cotoneaster lucidus Schlecht. в лесопарковой зоне г. Екатеринбурга (Россия) на основе популяционных (возрастная и виталитетная структура) и организменных параметров (морфометрические показатели). The authors explore the problem of the «black box» in artificial intelligence from the point of view of issues of Russian law. The main approaches to determining guilt in Russian legislation are considered, the com-plexity of their application to artificial intelligence is analyzed, and possible solutions are proposed.
