Abstract

The article is devoted to the modernization of the drying part drive of the paper-making machine № 15 JSC “Syktyvkar Forestry Industrial Complex”, hereinafter referred to as “JSC SFIC”, more precisely, to the transfer of the drive gearboxes of five drying groups and the reel from the crankcase to the centralized circulating lubrication system. The task of modernization is to increase the efficiency of lubrication of drive gearboxes of drying groups and the reel, subject to thermal heating, without increasing the size. Статья посвящена модернизации привода сушильной части бумагоделательной машины № 15 АО «Сыктывкарский лесопромышленный комплекс», далее «АО СЛПК», которая заключается в переводе приводных редукторов пяти сушильных групп и барабана наката с картерной на централизованную циркуляционную систему смазки. Задачей модернизации является повышение эффективности смазки приводных редукторов сушильных групп и барабана наката, подверженных тепловому нагреву, без увеличения габаритов привода.
