
Исследовано влияние различных реагентов (поверхностно-активных веществ, гуминовых веществ, бентонита), привносимых совместно и по отдельности в образцы почв, загрязненных дизельным топливом, на эффективность деструкции загрязнителя клетками почвенных бактерий рода Rhodococcus. Установлено, что максимальной биодоступностью характеризуется образец, содержащий одновременно все перечисленные реагенты. The effect of various reagents (surfactants, humic substances, bentonite), introduced collectively and individually into the diesel fuel samples, on the efficiency of it destruction by the Rhodococcus bacteria cells was studied. It was found that the maximum bioavailability was achieved in sample containing all introduced reagents together.
