Abstract

The technique of accelerated resource (equivalent) testing for long coiled tubes is considered. It is based on the kinetic model of damage accumulation. It is noted that to ensure the adequacy of the proposed approach, deformation and strength properties of the material must be obtained under cyclic loading conditions. Relating to the technology of coiled tubing, life prediction is made for the model technological cycle based on the results of bench tests on the JSC «Uraltrubmash» equipment.
