Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей предпринимательской деятельности в сфере создания цифровых инноваций. Автор анализирует термины «инновационная предпринимательская деятельность», «инновационная деятельность», а также доказывает необходимость выделения термина «предпринимательская деятельность в сфере цифровых инноваций и технологий». В результате сформулировано авторское определение предпринимательской деятельности в сфере цифровых инноваций и технологий, а также выявлены ее особенности. Сделан вывод о необходимости устранения барьеров, препятствующих развитию данной деятельности, а также применения стимулирующих режимов предпринимательской деятельности в целях создания благоприятного правового климата в России. The article is devoted to the study of the characteristics of entrepreneurship in the field of creating digital innovations. The author analyzes the terms “innovative entrepreneurship”, “innovative activity”, and also proves the need to highlight the term “entrepreneurship in the field of digital innovation and technology”. As a result, the author’s definition of entrepreneurship in the field of digital innovation and technology was formulated, and its features were identified. It is concluded that it is necessary to remove barriers to the development of this activity, as well as to apply incentive regimes for entrepreneurship in order to create a favorable legal climate in Russia.
