Обсуждаются возможности использования в их решении правовых норм смежных дисциплин, в частности, трудового и гражданского права. Названные отношения должны выстраиваться с учетом потребностей и возможностей субъектов социально-трудовых отношений. Taking into account the historical and modern experience of organizations, the problems of participation of subjects of social and labor relations in labor safety management are investigated. The possibilities of using the legal norms of related disciplines, in particular, labor and civil law, in their solution are discussed. These relations should be built taking into account the needs and capabilities of the subjects of social and labor relations.
