M o ro z k o v , sergey_morozkov@mail.ru, Southern Ural State Humanitarian and Pedagogical University, Chelyabinsk, Russian Federation В данной статье представлен анализ работы директорского корпуса предприятий в период политических репрессий 1937— 1938 гг. на примере двух южноуральских заводов. На основании архивных материалов проведен анализ деятельности руководителя Кыштымского механического завода В. И. Сальникова и директора челябинского завода им. Колющенко И. А. Малашкевича. За основу исследования взяты производственные показатели, производственная и технологическая дисциплина и производственный и технологический брак заводов. Главной сложностью обоих заводов была кадровая политика и проблема с дисциплиной. Меры принимались декларативно и не давало конкретных результатов, что приводило к большому количеству брака, срывам производственных заданий не только в цехах, но и на заводах в целом зачастую в производственный хаос приходилось вмешиваться чекистам и прокуратуре. Такие результаты не могли не сказаться на дальнейшей карьере руководителей: фактически первые руководители предприятий были обречены на осуждение по политическим статьям, несмотря на то, что их недоработки носили чисто хозяйственный характер. The analysis of operation of the management case of the enterprises during political repressions of 1937— 1938 on the example of two South Ural plants is presented in this article. On the basis of archive materials the analysis of activity of the head of the Kyshtym mechanical plant V I. Salnikov and the director o f the Chelyabinsk plant o f K olyushchenko I.A. M alashkevich is carried out. Operational performance, production and technological discipline and a m anufacturing and technological defect of the plants are taken as a basis of a research. The personnel policy and a problem w ith discipline was the main com plexity of both plants. Measures were taken is declarative and did not result in concrete results that resulted in a large num ber o f m arriage, failures o f production targets not only in shops, but also at the plants in general. O ften security officers had to interfere w ith production chaos and prosecutor’s office. Such results could not but affect further career o f heads: actually the first heads of the enterprises w ere doom ed to condem nation under the political articles in spite o f the fact that their defects had purely econom ic character.
