Abstract

In this work the illustration of use of acmeological approach is presented when training students in higher education institution - opening of the special center in which conditions for scientific activity of students for the purpose of acquisition of research, communicative, administrative experience by them are created. The essence of acmeological approach reveals and social need of its use for higher education with a support on researches of the Moscow and St. Petersburg acmeological schools is proved. Due to the realization of this approach need of reconsideration of elements of pedagogical process locates in higher education institution (the purposes, the principles, the contents, forms, methods, means, conditions and result). The organizational structure of the Student's center for innovative pedagogical technologies and the principles of its activity are given. Pedagogical conditions of the future experts` acmeological potential formation including special seminar classes based on the V.A. Bukhvalov`s system technology are offered. Algorithms of productive realization of the interactive training`s technology, considering regional specifics (within realization in higher education institution of pedagogical conditions of formation of acmeological potential of future manager) are presented.
