Abstract

В соответствии с ГОСТ Р 8.673–2009 обязательным этапом при разработке интеллектуальных датчиков с функцией метрологического самоконтроля является анализ составляющих погрешности датчика. В данной работе проанализированы возможные неисправности и источники нарастания погрешности тензометрических преобразователей давления. Выявлены те неисправности, которые влияют на частотную характеристику тензопреобразователей, и, следовательно, могут быть обнаружены при анализе динамических характеристик датчика. According to GOST R 8.673-2009, analysis of faults and the sources of inaccuracy of an intelligent sensor device with the function of metrological self-check should be done as a part of development process. In the paper possible faults of tensometric pressure sensors are considered and analyzed.
