Abstract

Наиболее частой причиной первичного гиперпаратиреоза является аденома околощитовидной железы. Совершенствование методов топической диагностики привело к возможности развития малоинвазивных ультразвук-контролируемых способов лечения гиперпаратиреоза. Проведена первичная оценка возможностей интерстициальной лазерной фотокоагуляции аденомы околощитовидной железы на основе морфологических изменений и клинического примера. Показано, что интерстициальная лазерная фотокоагуляция может являться альтернативным способом лечения первичного гиперпаратиреоза. The most frequent reason of a primary hyperparathyreosis is the adenoma of a parathyroid gland. Perfection of methods of topical diagnostics has led to development possibility low-invasive ultrasoundsupervised of ways of treatment of a hyperparathyreosis. The primary estimation of possibilities of an interstitial laser photocoagulation of an adenoma of a parathyroid gland on the basis of morphological changes and a clinical example is spent. It is shown that the interstitial laser photocoagulation can be alternative way of treatment of a primary hyperparathyreosis.
