Статья посвящена вопросам нормативной регламентации безопасности медицинской деятельности. С учетом текущего состояния развития общества автором обосновывается необходимость закрепления в законодательстве понятия, а также структуры безопасности медицины. В рамках доктринального основания предстоящей регламентации в статье излагаются принципы организации деятельности, направленной на обеспечение безопасности медицинского персонала, пациентов, а также иных членов общества и окружающей природной среды. The article is devoted to the issues of public legal regulation of medical activity safety. The author substantiates the need, taking into account the current state of development of society, for the normative consolidation of the concept in legislation, as well as the structure of medical safety. Within the framework of the doctrinal basis of the upcoming regulation, the article outlines the principles of organizing activities aimed at ensuring the medical staff safety, patients, as well as other members of society and the natural environment.
