Abstract

An effectiveness of dynamic sanitation laparobursaomentoretroperitoneoscopy with US cavitation for complicated forms of pancreatonecrosis is analyzed. The total number of patients is 38, the beginning of the work is the year 2000. Low-invasive methods have made it possible to reduce the complication rate from 94,3 to 18,2 %, the mortality rate from 78,6 to 12,4 %, the average number of relaparotomies from 7–9 to 1–2, economic costs have dropped 5,8 times.
