Термодинамический анализ образования включений в кристаллизующихся расплавах стали Х25Т1

Abstract

В работе выполнен термодинамический анализ процессов образования включений при охлаждении и кристаллизации жидкого металла, близкого по составу коррозионностойкой стали Х25Т1. Показано, что для предотвращения проявления дефекта титановой неоднородности, необходимо снижать концентрацию азота в жидком металле. Обнаружено, что повышение содержания алюминия в исходном металле приводит к снижению массы оксинитридов титана,образующихся при охлаждении, за счет образования корунда.
